Beljon + Westerterp offers professional guidance with the recruitment and selection of candidates for director and management positions, supervisors, Management Boards, Boards of Directors, including senior policy and staff positions. The recruitment activities of our office are aimed at all industries: business, healthcare, education, and government. Therefore, Beljon + Westerterp is a generalist agency. Beljon + Westerterp mainly focuses on the target group of candidates with a University of Applied Sciences or University degree and who are accustomed to work and think at those levels and with a minimum of five years of working experience. The gross annual income ranges between € 50,000 and € 250,000

In the initial phase of a recruitment and selection procedure, Beljon + Westerterp conducts extensive intake discussions with all parties involved on the client’s side, who will play a role in the recruitment and selection procedure. For assignments at the level of Directors, Management, Supervisory Board Members, and Supervisors, the senior consultants undertake consultations with multiple - including external - stakeholders. On the basis of this, an extensive job profile is drafted which will form the guideline for the procedure.
